My passion has always been driven by my fascination with how design can change experiences and perspectives. As a stickler for strategy, process, and consistency, I thrive in helping to harness the higher purpose of a brand, achieving their goals using great design from concept to production.

I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, and I hold a Bachelor of Design from NSCAD University. After starting my educational career in fine arts, and having a brief affair with interior design, my focus finally landed with graphic and web design. This collection of experiences have allowed me to bring an interdisciplinary design approach to everything I do, and has thus given me a broader range of perspective.

I am currently the lead graphic designer at The PUR Company, in addition to doing my own freelance work. I collaborate with both start-ups and established brands, creating meaningful connections through purpose-driven design.

Identity Design

Designing brand identities is my passion. I love working with companies to develop and create lasting brands; connecting their mission and purpose to their identity. I do complete brand identity packages, logos, guidelines, business cards and all other collateral.

Web + UX Design

I work with clients to design and build websites using best user experience practices to make sure that the goals of the site align with the respective brand’s identity. I build websites using WordPress as a platform, fully customizing the design to be unique and responsive.

Package Design

I can take your product from initial research and development to prepress-ready. I know my way around a dieline and I design brand-centric products and packaging that stands apart from the competition. My experiences have led me to specialize in consumer packaged goods, but I am always up for new types of projects!

Marketing + Ad Design

I can work with your business to connect the dots between a brand's communication goals, and their marketing and sales strategy materials, both in print and digital. Some examples include posters, brochures, ads, B2B sell sheets and sales materials, social media content, POS displays, clothing and promo gear, tradeshow booths, pitch decks and more.
